Welcome to Borstch! By accessing and using our Software as a Service (SAAS) platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using Borstch, you agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of our SAAS platform. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Borstch.

Borstch reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our SAAS platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

6. Disclaimer

Borstch is provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not warrant that Borstch will be free from defects, errors, or interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Borstch, its affiliates, or its suppliers and licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, Borstch.

8. Changes to Terms of Use

Borstch reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to our SAAS platform. Your continued use of Borstch after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
